Touring and camping

Advance bookings are accepted for a minimum of 3 nights, excluding Spring and August Bank Holidays when a minimum of 4 nights is required.
Prices include VAT @ 17.5%.
Deposit of £30 per week required at time of booking.
Full payment is required for bookings of less than 7 nights.
Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Book in advance for 3 nights or more and save £2 per night in low and mid season.
Over 60's save £1 per night during low and mid season.
Dogs are accepted only if kept on a lead at all times unless exercising in the designated area.
Pitches are available from 10am on the day of arrival to 11am on the day of departure. A charge will be applied for departures later than 12noon.
Pitches are allocated on arrival, so we regret that we cannot guarantee adjoining pitches when booking.
The swimming pools and facilities are exclusively for the use of our paying guests. No charge is made for the use of swimming pools open Spring Bank Holiday to mid-September (weather permitting).
The park shop and Swan Pub are open from Easter to the end of October
The take-away is open from Easter to the end of September
A charge will be levied on visitors using park facilities who are not listed on the booking form.
Coarse fishing is only available to our guests and not day visitors.

Holiday homes

All holiday homes are fully furnished and equipped with colour TV, cooker, fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery and utensils. Shower rooms include shower, washbasin and flush toilet.
Prices include gas, electricity and VAT @ 17.5%.
Bed and table linen are not provided. An optional hire service for bed linen is available. Duvets and pillows are provided.
The Harbourne and Exe have full central heating, double-glazing, widescreen TV and DVD player to make stays comfortable at any time of year. The Harbourne includes bed linen and towels.
Dogs and other pets are not permitted in holiday homes.
A deposit of £60 per unit per week/part week is required at time of booking. The balance is payable four weeks prior to arrival.

Cottages and apartments

All cottages and apartments are fully furnished and equipped with widescreen TV, DVD player, cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and utensils. Bathrooms have bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin.
Prices include gas, electricity, central heating and VAT @ 17.5%.
Duvets, pillows, bed linen, table linen and towels are provided.
Travel cots and high chairs are available in apartments and some cottages.
A deposit of £60 per unit per week/part week is required at time of booking. The balance is payable four weeks prior to arrival.
Full payment is required for bookings of less than 7 nights.
Accommodation is available from 3pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
FREE coarse fishing November to March.

Additional Information - Woodside cottages and Eastdon House apartments

Guests are welcome to use the grounds and woodlands during their stay.
All the amenities and facilities at Cofton Country are available during the season including swimming pools, mini-market, take-away, launderettes and Swan Pub.
Barbecue area at Woodside cottages.
Please check in at Cofton Country to collect your keys and welcome pack.

Cancellation Plan

Touring and Camping £1.00 per night.
Holiday homes, cottages and apartments £2.00 per night

We cannot emphasise too strongly the wisdom of taking up this plan. Please note that no refunds of any kind, for whatever reason, can be entertained for those who choose not to take advantage of these insurance arrangements.

Our comprehensive Cancellation Plan covers the whole of your party up to the day before your holiday commences against cancellation due to:
(a) Redundancy or Jury Service of a member of the party.
(b) Accident, injury, illness or death of a member of the party
