Touring and camping
- Touring fields available all year round
- Advance bookings for 3 or more nights only (4 nights Spring and August Bank Holidays)
- £30 deposit per week is require when booking a touring pitch
- Optional Cancellation Plan £1 per night
- Arrival from 10am and departure by 11am
- A charge is applied for late departure up to 6pm
- Pitches are allocated on arrival; we cannot guarrantee adjoining pitches
- Hard-standing pitches are not suitable for tents
- Hard-standing & Super Pitches Sat to Sat only during High and Peak season
- Electric hook-up on all pitches
- Calor Gas Exchange, power pack hire and freezer pack hire available
- Pets welcome on leads; field for exercising
- Camping Orchard available
- Chemical Disposal points
- Free Hot shower and touring amenities

All accommodation
- Any balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival
- Full payment for bookings less than 7 nights
- £60 deposit per week is required when booking self-catering accommodations;
- Facilities are for our guests only an there is a charge for day visitors
- There is no charge for fishing from November to Mid March
- Fishing if for guests only and not day visitors
- Sorry, pets are not permitted in any accommodation

The Eastdon Estate - Woodside cottages, Eastdon table cottages, Eastdon House
A one and a half mile drive from the main park takes you to the Eastdon Estate. You can walk to Dawlish Warren and the nature reserve. There is a woodland walk to the main park. Check in at Cofton Country to collect your keys.
