Four feature-filled lakes, set in South Devon are the perfect location for carp fishing holidays in the UK, if you’re looking for Carp Fishing lodges or cabins in the UK, then look no further than our fishing holiday accommodation.

Big Carp has been drawing anglers to our lakes for many years, in our specimen lake, Carp go up to 30lb. The Cofton Carp are stunning creatures, varying in shape and size. Varieties include mirror carp, Common Carp, and even koi-cross commons, which are a delightful surprise for our fishermen.

This year, we stocked new fish to supplement the existing stock, and the Carp reach early 30’s with plenty of big doubles to back them up. These are the target fish for many, but that’s not the whole story. Our pools are set out to cater to all angling abilities, and each offers a different challenge.

Gravel bars, reed margins, lilypads, and islands will challenge and excite you!

We’re only 20 minutes from the M5 Exeter, so for most, we make a great weekend break, and if you live that little bit further away, you may want to stay for a week to make it worthwhile!

Four fantastic lakes

You’ll find your favourite spot among our 57 pegs across four lakes. You can find more detailed information about each of our lakes, its stock and some pointers to help you get the best out of your fishing holiday in Devon!

Every angler requires a valid fishing ticket to fish and should hold an Environment Agency Rod Licence. Daily or weekly tickets are available, with evening permits from 2 pm. One ticket is required per person, and up to two rods are available. We give concession prices for Senior Citizens, Junior anglers and those under 12’s are free with a paying adult.

For your convenience, parking spaces are available at the entrance to the lakes.

The lakes are within 50 yards of both the toilets and also our well-stocked tackle shop.

Or, if you are looking for something a little more luxurious, our new lodges, complete with hot tubs, provide the base for the ultimate lodge fishing holidays in the UK.

There’s nothing like a day of carp fishing to work up an appetite. Our talented chefs will serve some delicious Devonshire meals in the award-nominated Amelia’s Pantry until 9 pm every night. In fact, our legendary full English breakfast is the best way to fuel your day. Quench your thirst with a refreshing Devon Red in our country pub, The Swan Inn.

We’re sure the rest of your family will adore spending time in our complex while you’re carp fishing. You’ll probably find them bubbling away in our heated indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Pack some change for our games and amusements arcade; it’s time to find out who the family bowling champion is!
