Boxing improves your strength, power and body awareness. Its great for your co-ordination and a great way to let off steam after a busy day. Cofton fitness boxing allows you to perfect your pad work whilst keeping your heart rate up with cardio intervals.

Our aim is to keep the sessions as varied as possible, changing the formats regularly to keep things fresh.
