Back by popular demand… We would love to invite you to join us for our health and fitness event at Ashburn Springs.
Taking place on the 23rd of November, we will be hosting a health and fitness event in our dedicated fitness centre Ashburn Springs.
The aim of the event is to give you a taster of some of our fantastic facilities and a chance to try out some of our sessions and meet our fitness team.
These sessions are for all ability levels, everybody is welcome and our friendly instructors will be on hand to answer any questions you might have.
Existing members can book on using their login details. If you’re new to Ashburn then you’ll need to register here.

6:00pm | Indoor Cycling Heather | Heather’s classes are packed full of energy! She uses powerful beats & a perfect combination of speed & strength based tracks. Lose yourself in the music as she motives & inspires you with energetic workouts, constant support yet challenging routines. |

6:00pm | 1-1 Swim Clinic Chloe, Lisa, Marc | The 1-1 Swim clinics are taught by our very own professional and experienced swimming teachers, who will assess, give coaching and provide progression options for children aged 3 and over and adults of all abilities. 10:30am | Martial Arts Fitness Joe | This class is a high intensity based class incorporating elements of cardio, muscular endurance and strength in the style of a mixed martial arts session. Be prepared for lots of kicks, punches, elbows and the unexpected! |
11:00am | Yoga Emma | Yoga classes can help reduce stress levels and improve overall health. Reduce muscle tension and build strength with a combination of deep inhalations and exhalations and yoga postures to improve respiratory function, balance, concentration, sore stability and flexibility. All levels are welcome and progressions are slow and simple to follow. |
11:30am | Fitness Boxing Joe | The class combines the basic boxing fundamentals of pad work, punches and footwork with cardio fitness, explosive power and endurance training in one power packed workout! |
12:30pm | Battle Rope Fitness Ian | Battle rope fitness training offers a unique, exciting and dynamic fat busting full body workout as well as building mental and physical toughness. Don’t miss out this power packed, high energy group exercise workout! |

1:30pm | Yoga Fit Joe | Join Joe on his Yoga Fit class focusing on core strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and an overall sense of well-being. This class builds strength and balance physically and mentally and leave you feeling energised. |
2:00pm | Team Challenge Johnny, Jason, Joe and Ian | Come and see the Ashburn team go head to head in all things fitness. |
3:00pm | Team Teach Johnny, Jason, Joe, Ian | Come and join four of our fantastic instructors for an exciting “team teach” session. There are no excuses and lots of fun as Ian, Joe, Jason and Johnny keep you moving and motivated with classic exercise games, in their individual teaching styles! |

1:00pm | Pilates Alison | The class aims to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Modifications are suggested for beginners or for those with physical limitations. Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements. |
1:30pm | TRX Karyn | TRX Suspension Training – Bodyweight exercise, using TRX straps to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core simultaneously. |

5:00pm | Mermaid Experience Chloe | Cause a splash with our Mermaid & Shark Experience. Calling all budding Ariel’s… Have you been inspired to cause a splash in the deep blue H20? Well, here’s your chance – our qualified Mermaid instructor Chloe will be giving you a taster of what one of our mermaid and shark experience are all about. 30 minute session. Free of charge and must be booked in advance You’ll have to move your fins quickly to book – there’s only limited spaces available!. Bookings for this event can only be made at the leisure desk. |
6:00pm | FIN Fitness Chloe | Fancy a fitness class with a difference? Wearing one of our monofins you’ll be making a splash, toning your whole body and having a whale of a tine! If you’re feeling the fantasy vibe, wear one of our mermaid or shark tails and have a magical experience whilst getting in shape. Available to those aged 14 years and over.
