App not working/having problems logging on

Membership Cancellation Policy
We would love you to stay as a valuable member with us, but should you wish to cancel your membership we require your request in written form. Please send an email directly to lisa@coftonholidays.co.uk or signed letter to Lisa Kemp, Assistant Leisure Manager, Ashburn Springs Spa & Leisure, Cofton Holidays, Nr Starcross, EX6 8RP
You are required to give 1 months’ prior notice to cancel your membership and must be outside of the minimum 3 months period*

Gym Access/Etiquette
Access is via a 4 digit keycode located near the gym door entrance, if you have any problems gaining entry please speak to the leisure staff.
At present the gym is unsupervised but regularly checked and we kindly request that users clean and wipe down the equipment after use.
Suitable footwear, t-shirts and exercise clothing to be worn whilst training in the gym at all times

Lockers and Locker Tokens
The changing room lockers require a pound coin or trolley token to operate and an Ashburn Springs locker token will be issued for each new member.

Membership Card Collection
We will take your photo upon signing up which will be uploaded onto a swipe card which can be collected from the leisure desk. We will aim to get the card produced within 7 days.

15% Discount on food and drink
Your membership card will enable you to claim your 15% discount on food and drink from Ameillia’s Pantry, the Warren Retreat and the Swan Inn
