Cofton Holidays is seeking to recruit a Chef to assist in the kitchen team that serve guests in the Cafe, Restaurant and Pub. The centre of our food operation is Amelia’s Cafe where we welcome local guests as well as Holiday Park residents, Amelia’s is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, we focus on sourcing local produce and prepare inhouse wherever possible.
Turkey Ballontine Turkey wrapped in bacon with a sausage meat stuffing, chateau potatoes, sauteed Brussel sprouts, pigs in blankets and seasonal vegetables.
Slow Braised Spanish Pork Belly Aleppo chilli & tomato ribs, chorizo & thyme potato fritter, sauce Africanise.
Pan Roast Chicken Supreme Pomme anna potato, bacon, parmesan & confit garlic cream, BBQ sauce.
Hot Smoked Salmon Roast beets & carrots, spinach, gnocchi, horse radish cream Roast Cauliflower & Butter Bean Risotto (V).

About the Role
Cofton operates its own hospitality venue, led by a company director with a competent management team consisting of a Head Chef working closing alongside a Front of House Manager collectively responsible for the daily operations.
We are looking for a comitted Chef with a focus on quality and consistency, someone who aspires to gain experience in all aspects of food preparation and cooking
