Set in 80 acres of stunning Devon countryside, our stunning two bedroom and three bedroom lodges provide a spacious retreat.  With open plan contemporary living, luxury furnishings and finishings such as a wall mounted LED TV, and large windows that will connect you to the scenic countryside. The private outdoor decking area is equipped with a hot tub and there are tables and chairs with a parasol so you can eat outside. you can truly make the most of the stunning surroundings.

Ideally suited to four people, The Dart static caravan can sleep up to six with the pull out bed in the lounge and can also welcome one dog. It is one of Cofton's dog friendly caravans to make your four-legged friend feel right at home.

A gas fire, full central heating and double glazing help to provide a comfortable living environment all year round.

Short breaks available from Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday.

Dog cleaning charges are £25 for short breaks or £40 per week.

The two bedroom Oakley holiday home is ideal for a family of four with one double bedroom and a twin room. This static caravan can sleep up to six people comfortably with the use of the pull out bed in the lounge. There is an open plan kitchen and lounge with a gas fire in the lounge. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

The Tamar 4-6 berth caravan can sleep up to 6 but ideally suited for 4 people.

Double bedroom with en-suite toilet & wash basin, very spacious with room for a travel cot. Twin bedroom with single bunk sized beds, one bed will stow away underneath the other to make room for a travel cot. Additional sleeping in the lounge area is provided with a pull out bed.

Enjoy Bluetooth sound system in the lounge, along with full gas central heating and an electric fire.

Double glazed windows throughout for you added comfort. Caravan size 36' x 12'.
