Set in 80 acres of stunning Devon countryside, our stunning two bedroom and three bedroom lodges provide a spacious retreat.

With open plan contemporary living, luxury furnishings and finishings such as a wall mounted LED TV, and large windows that will connect you to the scenic countryside. The private outdoor decking area is equipped with a hot tub and there are tables and chairs with a parasol so you can eat outside. you can truly make the most of the stunning surroundings.

Five glorious cottages overlooked by the ancient Cofton Church and private woods. These are located on the main holiday park, close to the leisure facilities. Benefit from a private garden area with patio table and chairs. These units include complimentary swim passes and free wifi.

The Mardle holiday home is a contemporary addition to our caravans in Devon and is ideally suited to six people. Soft duvets and pillows are included, and the beds will be made up for your arrival, but don't forget your pool towels!

There are 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and a family bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

£30 per dog for short breaks and £50 per dog per weekly stay

The Tamar 4-6 berth caravan can sleep up to 6 but ideally suited for 4 people.

Double bedroom with en-suite toilet & wash basin, very spacious with room for a travel cot. Twin bedroom with single bunk sized beds, one bed will stow away underneath the other to make room for a travel cot. Additional sleeping in the lounge area is provided with a pull out bed.

Enjoy Bluetooth sound system in the lounge, along with full gas central heating and an electric fire.

Double glazed windows throughout for you added comfort. Caravan size 36' x 12'.

Arrivals on Fridays and Mondays, available for short breaks or weekly stays

Exe View Apartment is a ground floor, two bedroom apartment which can comfortably sleep up to four people across 2 bedrooms. There is 1 kingsize double and 1 twin bedroom.

Meadowside is a ground floor two bedroom apartment which can comfortably sleep up to four people, with 1 king-size double and 1 twin bedroom.

Warren View apartment is a two bedroom apartment on the first floor, Comfortably sleeping up to four people, with one superking bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower over bath.

Bluewaters is a first floor apartment with 3 bedrooms, comfortably sleeps up to 6 people with a superking double and two twin bedrooms.

Parklands is a three bedrooms and sleeping up to six people. Parklands apartment is the former servants’ quarters, making for an interesting apartment spread over two floors.

Sleeping up to 6, with one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Full gas central heating with electric fire in the lounge and double glazed for your comfort. Bed linen and towels provided. Patio area outside with picnic table and views across the park.

The 2-bedroom Otter comfortably sleeps 4 people, but with the pull out sofa in the lounge it can accommodate up to 6 for those larger families.

The large open plan living space includes bold modern styling and is the perfect space for relaxing after a busy day exploring Devon.

The kitchen and dining area provide the main social hub. With built in appliances including microwave and freestanding fridge-freezer, you'll have everything to hand whether you are cooking up a storm for dinner or catching up over breakfast.

There is also a patio area with picnic table to indulge in some al fresco dining on those warm summer evenings.
