A chance to try some of our existing fitness classes and trial some new and exciting sessions! These sessions are for all ability levels – don’t worry, our friendly instructors will be on hand to ensure you feel comfortable in all the sessions.

A bit about the classes…
In the pool…
Aqua Dance: This class combines the traditional elements of Aquafit classes together with upbeat dance moves! It tends to be lower intensity due to the natural resistance of the water – but still high energy and of course lots of fun!
Aqua Fit: A water based workout which raises your heart rate using the water as a natural resistance. A lively, fun session suitable for all ages and fitness abilities.
Aqua Zumba: Fun! Water based fitness bring the excitement and enjoyment of Zumba to the pool. The vibrant sounds of Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Merengue, and Pop music add to the Aqua Zumba experience. If you love to dance and music makes you want to move then this is the class for you.
Aqua Circuit: A fun and varied full-body workout combining resistance training with aerobic exercise! Shallow water circuit training will involve a series of resistance stations using water specific equipment and body-weight exercises. Join-in, make a splash and have great fun exercising in the effective exercise environment for all ages and abilities.

Aerobics Reloaded: Aerobics returns! Exercising to music and aerobics classes are the foundation of all the group classes we see today! Take part in this exciting celebration of aerobic exercise, reviving classic tunes – reloaded routines with a modern twist. This session is a must for all exercise enthusiasts – lycra and leg warmers are not required!
Body Balance: One of the most popular Les Mills classes, this is a new Yoga class for absolute everybody! Using a range of movements and motion set to music, you’ll improve your mind, body and life! This class blends elements of Tai Chi and Pilates to strengthen your entire body.
Body Conditioning: Discover a total body toning class using body weight and resistance bands for a complete head to toe workout! Includes core training and muscular endurance exercises to make you feel fitter and more energised, suitable for all levels fitness with many options of variety and intensity.
Boxercise: Tough day? Come and let off some steam with our insanely fun Boxercise class! Boxercise is based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Join our registered Boxercise instructors and learn the techniques for a range of punches, authentic footwork and exercise drills to keep you fighting fit.
Cofton Core: Effective core training is essential for spinal health, correct posture, efficient movement, and correct alignment. This session focuses on stability of the spine in addition to targeting all the muscles which make up the ‘core’ of the body through selected exercises. A great class to compliment any physical fitness programme.
Fitness Finale: Join the Ashburn Springs Instructor Team for a fun and energetic way to end the day! Turn up the heat for the final time and leave on a high! Fitness fun all the way…
Kettlebells: Get the glutes and hamstrings fired up with the classic Russian swing, squats and more! Kettlebells is an enjoyable and very rewarding workout that combines functional movement with strong and solid technique.
Metafit: The aim of Metafit is to push the body to maximal effort with minimal rest in between exercises. This forces your metabolism to be reborn meaning you burn fat for fuel! Metafit is tough, there’s no choreographed dance moves, no pacing – just pure hard work.
RISE Step Fitness: Step aerobic returns! Using the legendary step platform, RISE is bringing this popular step workout back! Fun, effective AND achievable fitness for all ages and abilities. The session begins with an introduction to the base moves, two step routine combinations to increase cardio fitness followed by body conditioning for balance, strength and core stability.
VIT Step: Variable Intensity Training fuses group exercise and the legendary step platform with advanced resistance and cardiovascular training systems, motor fitness drills and athletic exercise formats for all the components of physical fitness! VIT step provides a multi-level, adaptable and variable intensity approach to exercise. It’s accessible and achievable for all levels of fitness and abilities!
Yogalates: A gentle and powerful fusion of Yoga and Pilates that improves flexibility, strength and balance – all whilst giving you a sense of inner calm and clarity! Suitable for all abilities and fitness levels, this class is gentle enough for those returning to exercise but powerful enough to improve quality of life and athletic performance.
Zumba: The ultimate fitness class in disguise! Why not wiggle and giggle those calories away with a combination of Latin American inspired rhythms and routines. If you love to dance then you’ll find this full aerobic workout addictive! Great for the heart, body AND soul!
In the Fitness Studio…
Bar Boost: A barbell weighted workout using a light to moderately loaded bar to help boost your fitness to new levels. Involving high repetitions to get total tone and definition of all the major muscle groups in the body.
Body Pump Les Mills: The original LES MILLS barbell class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body fast! Great bodies aren’t born, they are transformed using the proven BODYPUMP formula. The Ref Effect is a breakthrough in resistance workout training. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.
MetaPWR: This circuit class combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency! MetaPWR develops strength and power – not from ‘traditional’ gym strength training but by carefully selecting equipment that will offer both resistance and explosive/ballistic exercises. STRONG by Zumba: This is the first non-dance based class from the Zumba brand. The class revolves around high-intensity interval training, but still focuses on moving to the beat of the music – vital for helping you squeeze that last rep – and maybe even 5 more! Do you have what it takes?
Suspension: Born in the Navy Seals – the suspension trainer (TRX) allows you to work bodyweight exercises with assistance from the canvas straps. Enhance your training with the guidance of the suspension straps. Develop strength, power, flexibility, coordination and that all important core strength!
Yoga: Release tension through stetching, strengthening and relaxing your muscles! Deep inhalations and exhalations of breath through yoga postures can improve respiratory function , balance, concentration, core stability, and flexibility! All levels are welcome and progressions are slow and simple to follow.
In the NEW Indoor Cycling Studio…
Combo Cycle: Discover a combination of training methods; from hill training to speed work, continuous cycling to interval. This fun and varied cycling session incorporates seated and standing positions as well as various degrees of speed, intensity and resistance.
HIIT Cycle: Not for the faint hearted! This class is designed to help you reach your anaerobic/near maximal threshold AND maintain that intensity for the entire duration of the class! Results driven workout for the keen exerciser.
Indoor Cycling: Experience the classic indoor cycling experience with your instructor – each one giving every session a distinct and unique style to ensure you get the most from each class. A guaranteed workout of high energy fun, ride on to great results!
Last Legs Cycle: Winners are trained, not born… Races are won by athletes who can find that extra kick when others are falling by the wayside. Win your own personal race, smash your own limitations and reach your fitness goals! Trust that you have more to give and see phenomenal results.
Outdoors, meet at Ashburn Springs Reception…
Bootcamp: A fun and physical combination of body weight training, partner / team work, and cardio exercises (which can include running and hill sprints). Wear suitable clothing for outdoor training (including gloves and long sleeves – it might get muddy!).
GRIT Cardio Les Mills: This 30 minute high-intensity interval workout combines both powerful music and a variety of body weight exercises to help improve cardio fitness. Increase your speed, burn fat and build lean muscle tissue! Check out this class and get the results you want!
Outdoor Circuits: Enjoy the benefits and creativity of training outdoors with this fun and effective circuit session. Rain or shine this class will be going ahead – so make sure you bring suitable clothing!
Running Group: Join Mark – our Ultramarathon Man – for an introduction to the drills and techniques needed for effective running. Whether you’re looking to improve your distance, time or speed – this session is for you. All abilities welcome.
